EXT Ink series is Gravure/Lamination ink. EXT ink series has an excellent printability on BOPP & PET and a very good color reproduction.
PRINTING: Rotogravure.
APPLICATION: This ink is specially designed for Confectioneries and other packaging jobs. It has good bond strength in bopp+wpp lamination system
SUBSTRATES: Corona treated OPP films (treatment not less than 38dynes / cm)
Corona treated or chemical treated PET (treatment not less than 48 dynes/cm

Characteristics:
PRESS CONDITION: Machine Speed = 80-160m/min
Machine Temp. = 60 – 70°C (For color)
65 – 80°C (For white)

Color range: EXT ink series is available in wide variety of color range. However on demand special colors can be developed. Pigments used have good light fastness, however extensive exposure of direct sunlight is not recommended. For requirement of such characteristics kindly consult our Representative.
