ETP Ink Series

ETP Ink series is CO-SOLVENT POLYAMIDE INK that can be used for surface printing.
PRINTING: Rotogravure/Surface printing.
APPLICATION: This ink is specially designed for surface printing on MOPP MPET
Milky P.E. Specially designed for Pamper jobs.


Temperature of Direct contact of heated jaws should be in the range of 110C—120C. More than 120C is not recommended.

SUBSTRATES: Corona treated OPP films (treatment not less than 38dynes / cm)

For printing on other substrates not mentioned above please contact with representative of EASTLAND INK.

Characteristics:

Low solvent retention.
Odor level is good. In correct application conditions (Curing and ventilation in Machine), It can be used between 2-4mg/sqm.
Excellent ink transfer and color reproduction.

Excellent heat resistant properties

PRESS  CONDITIONS: Machine Speed = 60-250 m/min

 Machine Temp. = 50 – 60°C (For color)

65 – 80°C (For white)

REDUCERS:  Reducer used for ETP Ink series is mentioned below.

 TOLUENE: IPA: EA            

50        :   30   :   20        

Color range: ETP ink series is available in wide variety of color   range. However on demand special colors can be developed. Pigments used have good light fastness, however extensive exposure of direct sunlight is not recommended. For requirement of such characteristics kindly consult our Representative.
